By accessing and using MapOptimize.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

2. Changes to Terms

MapOptimize.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 3.1 Services

MapOptimize.com, owned and operated by Webgrids LLC, offers website design, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization services. We guarantee website delivery within 48 business hours, or the service is free, subject to the purchaser providing all requested information for said completion. Additional terms specific to these services may apply.

The $49 per month Hosting, SSL, and backup fee is mandatory. Should you opt to stop payment on this, your website services will be suspended. If payment is made within 9 days of the due date, all services will be reinstated.

3.2 Transfer of Services to a new Host

Should you decide to transfer or terminate services to a different host, WebGrids LLC will offer a WORDPRESS rebuild of your website at a host of your choice. The fee for this rebuild is $550. This fee is required to be prepaid. You will be responsible for providing access to your new host in order for transfer to take place. We guarantee all content will be transferred. We cannot however guarantee an exact replication of your website. By transferring your website, you permit design modifications at the sole discretion of Webgrids LLC.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the site.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and services on MapOptimize.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned and provided by Webgrids LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws.

6. User Content

You may be able to submit content to the site, including reviews and comments. By submitting content, you grant Webgrids LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content.

7. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The site and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Webgrids LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or services.
